RECLAIM
“Now It’s Time To Come Back Home To Yourself”
Sometimes we become so good at surviving that we lose touch with ourselves. I know I have. I’ve come a long way in my healing journey. I’m living proof that you can find your way back to who you are. Every modality that I have learned to heal myself, I share with you. You’re not crazy, nor are you broken. You are a product of your past event/events that Trauma took place in your mind and body. You are not your survival patterns. Our bodies learned ways to adapt to the environment around us. Our bodies were keeping us safe.
Does any of this resonate with you?
- Emotional dysregulation: Intense bursts of anger, rage, severe anxiety, or periods of emotional numbness
- Negative self-concept: Chronic, deep-seated feelings of shame, guilt, worthlessness, and feeling permanently broken.
- Interpersonal issues: Severe difficulty trusting others, maintaining stable relationships, jobs, or feeling completely detached from loved ones.
- Cognitive and physical symptoms: Experiencing emotional flashbacks, severe dissociation, and nightmares or/and exhaustion as your brain re-evaluates core beliefs.
- Urges to avoid people to escape discomfort
- Chronic People-Pleasing (The “Fawn” Response)
- Inability to say “no”: Saying “no” or setting a boundary feels physically dangerous to your nervous system. It can trigger intense guilt, panic, or a deep fear that you will be rejected or punished.
- Not Knowing Who You Are (Loss of Identity): When you spend years prioritizing other people’s emotional safety and preferences over your own, you put your true identity into deep storage.– Disconnection from internal cues: Chronic trauma severs the connection between your brain and your body’s signals. If you are asked, “What do you want to eat?” or “What do you want to do with your life?”, your mind might go entirely blank. You genuinely do not know, because you have spent a lifetime suppressing your inner voice.

RECLAIM Sessions
You’re not simply going to sit and listen to me talk about change. We’ll learn. We’ll practice. We’ll notice. We’ll work with what comes up. And we’ll begin creating different responses together.
“I guide you through the process—but you are the one doing the reclaiming.”
“You don’t have to arrive knowing exactly what you need.”
